DMCA Policy

Blue Summit Realty ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy explains how to submit a notice of alleged infringement to us and what you can expect from us in response.

Takedown Notice Procedure

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, please notify our DMCA Agent. The notification must be in writing and include the following information:

  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.
