Graham is located south of Tacoma, Spanaway, and the major metro area of Seattle, east of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and just west of the Mount Rainier National Park. The average commute is 40 minutes, higher than the average in the Puget Sound region, but homes for sale are likely to be newer with large, spacious yards and possible views of Mount Rainier.
