Meridian Campus is a neighborhood community within the city limits of Lacey. It mainly offers newly constructed single family residences and condos for sale in newer neighborhoods, and is home to Thurston County’s largest industrial park which includes Target and Home Depot’s Northwest regional distribution centers. Tolmie State Park, the largest park in the area, includes Puget Sound beach access. There are also many smaller parks throughout the community including an off leash dog park. The Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge is also very close and features miles of trails and nature walks.
Meridian Campus has a very master planned feel to it, i.e. most streets have a bike lane, meandering sidewalks on both sides, decorative matching street lighting throughout, etc. Residents will access I-5 exit 111 via Marvin Rd and Willamette or I-5 exit 114 via Meridian Rd to Martin Way for the Northbound crowd. Dupont is only a few miles north from the Meridian Campus area. The development of the new Lacey Gateway Town Center (Cabela’s area) should prove this area to be a very up and coming place to live and invest.
